Seven kids at summer camp are unexpectedly transported by “digivices” to a colorful and enigmatic world. Lost and alone, they are befriended by small digital monsters, Digimons. The kids and their Digimon partners quickly become inseparable, and the little creatures guide their human friends through the wondrous DigiWorld, protecting them from the hordes of evil Digimons. The group soon discovers that some of the giant Digimons they encounter are not evil Digimons but good Digimons gone bad. A dark power is corrupting even the most gentle of Digimons by embedding Black Gears into them, turning them into vicious monsters. Creating chaos and destruction wherever it goes, the evil power threatens all of DigiWorld.As they try to find their way back home, the seven kids are drawn further and further into the mystery. Through teamwork and trust, they help their newfound Digimon friends digivolve from “monsters in training” to giant champions that must save the DigiWorld from the powerful evil intent on destroying it. With an unbreakable bond between them, the kids and their Digimon companions embark on the adventure of a lifetime!After they defeat the creator of the Black Gears, they depart for a new continent where they find the Tags and Crests, making their Digimon Digivolve to the next level. They then find a rambunctious Digimon who controls the Dark Network. It didn’t take long to defeat him.The children find out from Gennai that there’s an eighth Destined child, and that there’s a vampire Digimon out to find her too. They find a portal in a castle which leads them back to their homes, and they set off to find the eighth child. After Wizardmon retrieves the Digivice and the Crest of Light, the DigiDestined defeat the evil vampire and return to the DigiWorld.There, they meet up with the Dark Masters who are all Mega Digimon. It takes some time, but one by one, the Dark Masters are destroyed. That was when all the evil in the DigiWorld came together into one being. He destroyed the Crests, turned the Ultimate Digimon down to Rookie, and turned everyone into data. After they learned to work together as a team, they’re chests glowed with their Crest shapes and their Digimon Digivolved back to their highest forms and defeated the evil.After they defeated the evil being, the DigiWorld was reborn. Unfortunately, Gennai told them they could not stay because theportal back to their world would close. The DigiDestined said goodbye to their Digimon and left for Earth.Four years have passed since the original eight DigiDestined kids defeated the evil forces that threatened the DigiWorld. Now TK and Kari must lead three new DigiDestined, Yolei, Davis and Cody, on a quest to conquer another dark force that puts both the DigiWorld and the real world in great danger. The kids lead secret double-lives, as they leave the real world and enter the DigiWorld each day after school. When the five young heroes first arrive in the DigiWorld, Kari and TK reunite with Gatomon and Patamon and the new kids meet their own new digimon friends. Together with their Digimon, the kids must unveil the mystery behind the new villain and stop him before it’s too late!The new kids and their Digimon have the power of Armor Digivolving to bypass the spell of the Digimon Emperor’s control spires and TK and Kari soon get the power of Armor Digivolving as well. They all also get new models of the Digivices and even the original Digidestined show their faces and come to help out in the effort.When the Digimon Emperor was finally revealed as Ken, things kept getting worse and worse, until Davis finds the Golden DigiEgg. The Digimon Emperor is beaten, but the mysterious evil that had turned Ken into the Emperor was still on the loose. A mysterious woman uses her hair to turn the Control Spires into evil Digimon.The mysterious woman turns out to be Arukenimon. With Mummymon’s assistance, the two plan to create a mega-level digimon with 100 control spires - BlackWarGreymon.BlackWarGreymon searches for and destroys the destiny stones, easily defeating the digi-destined at every turn. Will the kids be able to stop him before he destroys the last stone?Well no, of course not. BlackWarGreymon is temporarily stopped when Cody’s and T.K.’s Digimon suddenly feel able to DNA Digivolve into Shakkoumon. The digidestined decide to try to move the stone out of harms way, but there efforts end up summoning Azulongmon, the Digimon equivalent of the Earth dragon, Seiryu. He easily defeats BlackWarGreymon, telling him that he has a destiny other than destroying the stones. BlackWarGreymon leaves to find it.Azulongmon tells the digidestined that the control spires true purpose is to bind him and prevent him from protecting the digital world. The kids work on destroying the last of them.Meanwhile, Arukenimon and Mummymon appear to have a new master and control spires start popping up all over the place. The new master turns out to be Oikawa (an old friend of Cody’s father). He has planted dark spores in a number of children throughout the earth (Ken was one of them which is why he became the Digimon emperor). The spores cause a rift into another dimension. Everyone thinks it’s the digital world, but it’s really the World of Dreams. The final enemy revealed itself, Malomyotismon!

Tai is the kind of person to jump into things without thinking, and is stubborn as a rock. But even if these aren’t the best of qualities, he still carries around his brotherly love and will do anything to protect his little sister, Kari.

Name: Matt Ishida

Matt is always referred to as ‘cool’ in the group, but has very sensitive feelings that he doesn’t want to show, but that usually come out when around his little brother, T.K. He’s not too sure about having Tai as leader, but accepts it and is always ready to be second in command.

Name: Sora Takenouchi

Sora is the ‘mother-like’ figure in the group, apart from being tomboy-ish, she’s very caring and always looking out for everyone. Everybody seems to think Sora and Tai are the couple of the century, but is that true?

Name: Izzy Izumi

Izzy is the guy you want doing your homework! Don’t judge by this kid’s looks, he’s a real whiz! He loves puzzles and cracking codes like no one else. Sure, the fact he overheard his parents talking about him being adopted brought him down, but they soon talked it over, and was back to his smart-normal self.

Name: Mimi Tachikawa

Mimi will say anything that’s on her mind, good to bad. It doesn’t really matter to her as long as she can get it out! She loves shopping, and the color pink. This girl’s got a good voice too. She’ll act like a spoiled brat at times, but she’ll always have her heart at the right place.

Crests & Tags

The Tags were found in an underwater cavern where Devimon hid them. The tags alone do not make the Digimon digivolve, but with the crests, the Digimon are able to Digivolve into Ultimate. Each crest slips in a tag and you can see the crest’s symbol through the glass on the tag.
